CPDev is a runtime engineering environment based on the IEC 61131-3 standard for programming (ST, IL, LD, FBD, SFC) and execution of control software. Source programs are compiled into intermediate code executed by multi-platform virtual machine (VM) running on 8, 16, 32-bit CPUs and FPGA. The VM is written in C. Complex software composed of several CPDev projects is executed by a set of VMs.
